Refund & Cancellation Policy

The GLF App plan is $29.99 USD billed every 3 months and renews automatically until canceled.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time, either through the link in your payment receipt / customer portal or by emailing Luckydhananjaya@gmail.com from your account email. After you cancel, you will not be charged again and you keep access until the end of the 3-month period you already paid for.

Refunds

• First purchase: if you are not satisfied, request a refund within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, no questions asked.
• Renewals: renewal payments are generally non-refundable, but if you were charged for a renewal you did not intend and have not used the Service since, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review it in good faith.
• Duplicate or erroneous charges are always refunded.
• Refunds where required by applicable law are always honored.

How to request a refund

Email Luckydhananjaya@gmail.com with the email address on your account and the date of the charge. We aim to reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by our payment provider (which may act as merchant of record); banks usually take 5–10 business days to show them.
