This Privacy Policy explains how Lucky Dhananjaya, operating GetLuckyFit.life ("we", "us"), collects, stores, and uses information when you use the Service.

- Information you enter: workouts, sets, meals, body measurements, goals, and photos you choose to upload (for example meal photos or a body-composition report).
- Payment information: handled by our payment provider (see below). We do not store full card numbers.
- Usage and device data: basic logs, device/browser type, and referral information used to keep the Service working and improve it.
How we use it
- To provide the Service, including showing your history, charts, and progress.
- To generate AI estimates you request (photos and text are sent to our AI providers only for that purpose).
- To manage your subscription, provide support, and send service emails.
- To secure the Service and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for third-party advertising.
Service providers
We share data only with providers that help us run the Service, such as cloud hosting and database providers, AI model providers, email delivery, and a payment provider that may act as merchant of record and processes your payment, billing details, and tax information under its own privacy policy.
Storage and security
Data is stored with reputable cloud providers and protected with access controls and encryption in transit. No method of storage is perfectly secure.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time; we will do so except where we must keep records (for example billing records) by law.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data, and opt out of non-essential emails. Depending on your state of residence (for example California), you may have additional rights; we will honor them. Email us to make a request.
Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
